Sustainability

Our bras are made in Colombia and Sri Lanka in factories that care about the planet, with WRAP certification to back it up. This means we're committed to sustainable waste management and live by the principles of reduce, reuse, and recycle in everything we do.

Reducing Our Carbon Footprint: Less travel = fewer emissions. We keep our carbon footprint low by manufacturing close to our material suppliers.

Our polybags are designed to biodegrade much faster than traditional packaging materials used in the industry.

To further reduce waste, we’ve donated over 47,000 bras (and counting!) to organizations such as Free The Girls and the Ali Forney Center. Also, 80% of fabric scraps at our mill are turned into something new. We donate them to organizations like Fabscrap, where students and designers turn them into sustainable fashion.

50% of the water used in our fabric dyeing is cleaned and reused—because every drop counts.

We've specially designed every part of our bras to perfectly fit AA, A, B cups so it will fit differently (better!) than your other bras. Great pushup for small busts

This fits exactly like the original Lift Up bra, offering great shape for small busts and a noticeable but natural looking push-up. The only two differences in the Supima cotton version are that the cups are a little more solid compared to the plushness of the foam in the original, and the band has a smoother lay on the sides because it’s fully cotton instead of the mesh in the original that can cause some cutting in.

I wish I purchased years ago…

Let me be very honest, I took it PERSONALLY when I first got ads for pepper. I was like, how dare you capitalize on me & the girlies in The Committee! I kept getting ads over the years, and ngl I’m stubborn. When I finally bothered to read what they’re all about, I was like hmm I guess they make a good point. But I doubted it would fit me. A couple more years go by. I had a lot of stuff for grad school requiring business casual this year and that meant I needed a proper fitting bra under my blouses. I justified it as an scholarly sartorial purchase. When it arrived at my door and I tried it on, all I could honestly say was that I wish I purchased it years ago when I first saw the ads. It fit like a glove. It did what it was supposed to do. Their online sizing guide was helpful. Worth the $ considering similar pricing at major competitors that don’t accommodate smaller cup sizes.
